Dremfy Management is committed to providing high-quality services. While we do not guarantee specific results, we ensure that:

All client inquiries will be responded to within 24 hours during business days.

Support is provided via Discord and email only.

No guaranteed service uptime or resolution times are provided unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate agreement.

Failure to meet these service commitments does not entitle the client to refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Service-Level Communication Commitment

Dremfy Management guarantees a response to all client inquiries within 24 hours during business days. However, this response time does not constitute a guarantee of immediate issue resolution or completion of services. Failure to meet this response time does not entitle the client to refunds, credits, or other compensation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property in the materials contained in this website are owned by or licensed to Dremfy Management and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. We grant our users permission to download one copy of the materials for personal, non-commercial transitory use.

This constitutes the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the Terms of Service, and may be terminated by Dremfy Management at any time.

Service Expiration

All purchased services must be used within the following timeframes:

Subscription Packages (Standard, Pro, Custom): 1 month from purchase date.

Single Services (one-time purchases): 45 days from purchase date.

Services not used within these periods will be considered expired, and no refunds or extensions will be granted unless required by law.

Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dremfy Management, its directors, employees, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

1. The client’s misuse of Dremfy Management’s services or violation of these Terms of Service.

2. Any claims resulting from user-generated content, copyright infringement, or third-party disputes.

3. Breaches of GDPR, RODO, or other data protection laws caused by the client’s actions.

Liability

Our website and the materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Failure to provide requested materials within the required timeframe may result in delays or service expiration without a refund or compensation.

The client agrees to comply with the payment provider’s Terms of Service.

Payments must be made in Euros (€) via bank transfer within 3 days of invoice issuance.

If payment is not received within this period, services will not commence or will be suspended.

Subscription-based services automatically renew unless canceled at least 7 days before renewal.

The client is responsible for ensuring timely payments to avoid service interruptions.

Severance

Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.

If no agreement is reached within 5 business days, the following options are available:

Clients in Poland may escalate the dispute to UOKiK consumer mediation services.

Clients in the EU may file a dispute via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Taking legal action should be considered only after mediation efforts have failed.

Consumer Rights & Withdrawal Policy (EU/Polish Law Compliance)

Dremfy Management complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Poland’s Consumer Rights Act (2014).

If a service has not yet been performed, clients may request a partial refund within the legally required timeframe.

By purchasing services, clients acknowledge and accept that once the service begins, they waive their right to withdrawal under EU and Polish law.

Dremfy Management may store and process personal data within Poland, the EU, or other jurisdictions where necessary for service fulfillment. Entire Agreement
